1) Firstly keep some money out to hire the best talents coz its 1st come 1st serve basis, ( refer the talents stats n price below):
Rickshaw Driver ( 1 person),Safe Cracker (1 person), Bruisers must be more then 2 persons n be quick to hire the talents :)
To successfully run a robbery you must have 1 Rickshaw Driver, 1 Safe Cracker and between 2 and 6 Bruisers.
Each man you hire for the job will take 8% of the loot should you succeed.
2) Once talents are hired u got to purchase items like : Rickshaw (1)..Katanas & Masks( for all the talents hired)..Explosives n Swag bags.
3) Once all the steps for 1 & 2 are done, u can set ur own date & time for the robbery but remember u have to be ACTIVE while the robbery is in progress...u will receive an event 5 mins before ur robbery starts like this : Your Robbery will begin in under 5 minutes!
